Second Grade

Second Graders have learned that they will be helping with a very special project this year! They will be listening to and evaluating 12 picture books. These books have been nominated for the Bill Martin Jr. Picture Book Award given by the Kansas Reading Association.They will vote for their favorite in March. Mrs. Franz will then cast her vote based on the student's selection.

When Are My Books Due

Students are welcome to return and check out new books anytime during the week, but any books they have out need to come with them to the library on the following days. Students may renew books they are still reading by bringing the book on its due date and having it renewed in the library system.
